Shipping & Returns
All orders ship USPS First Class Package within 48 hours, Monday through Friday per USPS Holiday schedule.
It is important to me that you love your purchase. Therefore, I offer a 10 day Refund policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase contact me by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 10 days of receiving your order. Provide your name, order # and reason for requesting a refund. Instructions for returning the item(s) will be provided by email.
Returned items must be received within 30 days in the original condition and unused, no exceptions. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the item is received and inspected a credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item only, shipping charges to the customer are not refundable.
The following items can not be returned:
- custom or personalized items
- items on sale
I do not accept cancellations. However, please contact me by email (email@example.com) if you have any problems with your order.
I do not accept exchanges.
